| The Turner Remodel Second-story addition, home makeover, and basement finish. Structural insulated panels (SIPs) were used for the new walls and roof system. Solid core insulation is sandwiched between plywood to form the wall and roof sections, it creates high insulation values and allows for exposed roof timber construction for a nice rustic feel. The project took five months and the Turners were able to remain living in the house while construction was underway. |
